I have a specific budgeted range that I work best with for a Wedding. For other events, I have a flat fee established per each type of event.- Hourly ~ I use hourly rates on small events I may book that may not require alot of time and resources. – A percentage of the whole job ~ This becomes more relevant for me when it is a very large event.Each event is different and I have a questionnaire that helps me identify 95% of what I need to know before I officially quote the project. But then I started building an online scrapbook of sorts via Pinterest. The picture of what I want my wedding to be is becoming clear to me, and it’s in a communicative form. Perhaps it could be a tool for your brides to use as before you bring their wedding to life for them.
